  6. How cool would it be to combine Bonnie's idea with mine - an assisted living facility to honor and respect the latter years of life adjacent to a park where both the young and old could enjoy and learn from each other. How uplifting for people in assisted living to watch the young ones playing, and how beneficial for the families and children to have the opportunity to interact with the wisdom of their elders. That would be a special place.

  7. I'd like to see something like The Greene that gets
Famlies out to stroll! A Kohls, Red Robin, FAO's,
    Mitchel's Fish Mkt, Uno's, Ritter's Frozen Custard?
A square n the middle for events or kids programs?
Something WALKABLE not drive up shop & leave...

  10. I'd love to see the farmland that used to be there! How much shopping does the area need? You've got the Dayton Mall, The Greene and Fairfield Commons within 1/2 hr. More restaurants? Seriously people, that room in your house with the cabinets, stove and refrigerator is called a kitchen. Use it.

  13. I vote for no retail. Upscale office complex like Lexis-Nexis. We have to many shopping malls and places to eat. Ifyou keep themcomingthen no one can make a profit and exist for long. Look at all of the empty spots we have now. No fast fast food or more junk,
