Five Points East Update for August 17...

Building WALK THROUGH TONIGHT.. Tuesday, August 17 from 6:00 - 7:00, teachers will not be present and classrooms will be locked during this time.  Please do not bring school supplies during this hour............
Another building walk thru is this Friday August 20, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.   All teachers will be in their classrooms for this hour to allow the children to help make a teacher and classroom connection.  Please stop by the art music, gym and library to make a "connection" there as well.  Please take this opportunity to drop off classroom supplies!  

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL...August 24!  School Hours are 8:25am - 3:10pm

Five Points East OPEN HOUSE ~ This is a parent orientation intended to review school policies, practices and to learn what will be happening in your child’s classroom this year.
1st grade OPEN HOUSE IS AUGUST 19TH .... (parents only) ....................3:25pm - 4:25pm / Principal/Parent Meeting ` Q and A ......4:30pm - 5:00pm in the Cafeteria (optional for the parents).

                    2nd - 5th grade OPEN HOUSE IS SEPTEMBER 1ST.

CAMP KERN- 5th Grade:  EAST 5th graders go to Camp October 25TH - 27TH.  Important parent Camp Kern meeting - September 16, 7:00 P.M., in the cafeteria at Five Points.  All volunteers going to Camp Kern must have results of their fingerprinting in our human resources office before they can go on the trip.  Fingerprinting may be done at the following locations:
