Springboro Dennis Elementary West would like to remind everyone that the end of the year medical disposal needs to be taken care of by June 4th. All medicine needs to be disposed by that date or a signed parent note is received in the clinic giving permission to send the medication home with the student. Parents may also pick up the medication prior to June 4th.
Action Plans for Diabetics, Allergies, Asthma, and Seizures will be sent home June 1 for the 10/11 school year.
