Lightbar and Sun
Today around rush hour of 5pm, an elderly couple from Springboro lost their home to a massive fire.  The fire was fought by four different departments but it destroyed their little one story brick home.  The home on 215 W. Market Street was owned by D.J. and Molly Gore, according to Middletown Joural's report, which you can read by clicking here.

The home was cited to have been a total loss.  In reading the report in the Middletown Journal we pay attention to comments left by concerned residents of Springboro.  One in particular, mentioned how as a community we may rally and help this couple.

Our plea is to do just that.  It is about 1 a.m. on Thursday morning.  We are looking for ways we as a community can contribute to this family.  We will be making phone calls first thing to begin the process of setting up something in town.

Does anyone know how else the community is responding?  Please let us know in the comment section.  Let's rally and help one of our in Springboro.

  1. I can donate food. Pack 34 can stock them up on popcorn! :) Do we have any idea what they need?
