After Prom News and Notes...

The After Prom Committee is still accepting pictures for the photo wall at after prom.  These can be individual or group shots.  Please drop them off at Mr. Lolli's office.  Contact Denise Davis at 937-776-2107 for more information.

The After Prom Committee needs parents to donate beverages (soda, gatorade, bottled water, power drinks, etc) and desserts for the After Prom...Please contact Lori at lharwood@woh.rr.com


After Prom Schedule:

The After- Prom decoration committee will be meeting Mondays & Wednesdays  starting at 6:00 at Springboro Jr. Hi.  Any volunteers wanting to help please meet us at the Jr. Hi. Mondays & Wednesdays, we need all the help we can get & no creativeness is required, we can use everyone.

Tickets go on sale for After-Prom Monday April 19^th during lunch.  Tickets are $15/ea and are sold separately from Prom Tickets.  Volunteers are needed to help sell tickets during lunch the week of April 19^th, please contact Cheryl Sheffield at 937-603-1969 if you are available to help.

Lori Harwood & the Food committee is in need of parent donations such as bottled water, pop, Gatorade or baked goods.  Please contact Lori at lharwood@woh.rr.com.

The After-Prom Prize Committee is still in great need of donations, whether it’s money to purchase prizes or any gift items you’d like to donate.  Please contact Robin Rigg at 937-231-5538.

Volunteers are still needed on Friday April 23 to help set up & decorate.  And we need volunteers the night of After-Prom to help work the event.  Please contact Glynis King at gkingins@aol.com if you are available to help.

The After-Prom committee will be holding a Dine & Donate Thursday 4/15 at the Spring’s Sports Café 80 Edgebrook Dr. from 4:00-11:00.  10% of all sales during that time will be donated to the After-Prom  Committee
